It was my 1st experience with DTDC and I am highly dissapointed after this experience I have sent shoppersstop membership card to my brother on 18th January from noida to lucknow with consignment number Z53386194 & it has still not reached to the destination. It was required for exchange of a gifted coat which was not of right size & now it is no use as function is on 15th Feb. I have never faced this problem with other courier services. I tried to call customer care several times but it never got connected and resulted in spending more money then courier charges.
I would recommend to never use DTDC courier as they are not even interested in customer’s satisfaction. If they are not able to courier then at least they should send it back so that person can send by firstflight, Blue Dart or even by any local courier service....
