Not yet delivered, 2 months passed.... Tired of DTDC
It been 2 months since my package was dispatched from Bombay. Almost took a 4 days to reach Bangalore.
Then it was dispatched to madiwala branch after 2 days in transit within Bangalore. So it was Thursday, I called up madiwala branch to ask them to deliver the package before Friday 7:30 pm to my office which is hardly 2.5 to 3 kms from the madiwala dispatch unit.
The package has nt Arrived till date. Repeated calls to customer care fetched no response. It’s been 2 month, since the package was dispatched from Mumbai (Bombay high). So it’s assumed the package is lost in madiwala or it did nt reach madiwala at all.
So, it confirmed that DTDC is filled with thieves, irresponsible and unprofessional staff. Quote... Courier and forget your package. It’s a good idea to dispatch the unwanted goods. The good part was indeed that I did nt lose anything because it was a COD order.
No worries. They don’t deliver they won’t get paid. Never ever courier through DTDC. THE HEIGHT OF IRRESPONSIBILITY AND WORST SERVICE.
