I personal experience with DTDC courier is very bad. They are very unprofessional their employees have no manners how to deal with the customer. last month I head over sent the courier to my brother in Goa it is very urgent this courier carry some important documents. They said they deliver with in one day but after two day I called up to their customer care they have no idea where is my courier. I gave them all the detail about the courier but still they are not able to help me out I ask them to return my courier they said this is not in their stupid policy. Finally after 12 days they deliver the courier to my brother in Goa. Their service is really not good at all. Please this is my request don’t consider DTDC for your important courier otherwise you are in big trouble also inform to their friends and relatives about their poor services and policies. DTDC need to improve their staff behavior.
