Today I am going to share my review on DTDC courier service! Believe me, it is so not worthy of your time. The customer service is pathetic! I had to send my important papers over to Delhi within a day and they charged twice as much as their competitors because they claim to be " the fastest". But I made the worst decision of my life by engagingwith them because my important papers reached later than they were required even after paying double the charges and the worst thing was, since they were work papers I could not ask the Institute whether they had recieved my application or not. All I could do was track! But they were not updating the status due to which I spent 2 days in utter restlessness. therefore their service is pathetic! The staff of any company has to be courteous otherwise they will lose business. There’s no favour that they are doing on us. I hate this company and you also pick some other company, guys! These people are horrible
