This is one of the worst Courier Agencies I have ever encountered. My parcel have been lying with the local DTDC office(5kms from here) for more than a week, and I have yet to receive. I have tried calling the office multiple times, but they rarely pick up the call. When they do, they say that they will get back to you, but never do so.
Then I tried calling the DTDC Customer Care again and again for the past 4 days, but every single time it is busy. I think they have purposely kept the phone off the hook.
This is the worst experience I have had with a courier agency. People say that Professional couriers provides bad service, but touchwood I have managed to send electronic items all over India with no problems at all. Unfortunately, I cannot tell the sender which courier to choose, otherwise I would definitely tell them to avoid DTDC!
