16th June booked a "DTDC Green" courier service, their premium product, to deliver the courier in a hurry, they promised it will be delivered by 19th June in the afternoon. They also promised that through DTDC lite, their standard product, the courier will reach on Wednesday the 20th. Still I chose the Green one as the consignment was urgent. Now I will make sure that the people I know wont make the same mistake of choosing DTDC.
Want to send a courier through DTDC. Always give a second thought to this. Indian normal Post or Speed Post will reach faster then them in anyway. One thing I like about DTDC is they do deliver the courier back to you, no matter whatever promises they made to deliver the courier.
