I have a bad experience with DTDC. Few months back I got a parcel through DTDC from bangalore but I din’t received in time and the strange thing is they even not informed me about the parcel.
When I called and enquired about the parcel they told that they have already sent through DTDC courier with invoice XXXXX.
I contacted DTDC regarding the parcel . finally I got to know that the parcel is with DTDC for last few days . I went ther and inquired about the parcel .do u know what they said? they told me to search in one room where lots of parcels are made like a pyramid. Finally got my parcel in my hands with lots of fights with DTDC.
