I have tried to give feedback on the DTDC website but it doesn’t work. Their employees in Pune(7738899830) are rude and act like they know everything and can’t do any wrong. Their phone numbers either don’t work or are never answered( 01133004444).
They issued a tracking number on Sunday the 27th, stated that the order was dispatched on the 28th but then on the 30th, they just added one more line saying that it was dispatched on the 30th because they hadn’t received the product(through Shopclues) until the 29th.
The tracking system is useless. It only says "In Transit", it doesn’t say where it is and the delivery date they have on my tracking number is also the 28th. As of now, they still haven’t bothered to correct the wrong information or given any more information. After this transaction, I will never use either Shopclues.com or DTDC for anything, ever. I hate to say this but DTDC’s staff and service is totally that stereotypical Indian customer service, meaning there isn’t any.
The customer can go screw themselves( that’s the feeling I get when dealing with them). In case anyone from DTDC actually reads this, my AWB is D14510094.
