I sent some new clothes for my family on Christmas last year. The clothes were worth Rs.5000 and they took Rs.1000 as the delivery charges. The consignment never reached my family. I mailed him several times but no response came. I was working with Infosys those days and I put it on our bulletin board and got to know that many employees had very bad experience with DTDC. So I am warning everyone never to send any products by DTDC.
