I had only two experince with DTDC,
first one is books and notes I recieved from my friend from delhi to chittaurgarh, on a certain day he sent me the courier and after 6-7 passed, I enquired from the internet and get the local delivery agent number. I called him and told him that I dont recieved my courier. he told me that you have to come to office and collect it as he had already came for delivery. now, I know that he dont came, and if he does then why he can’t called me. anyhow I collect my courier from his office.
second one is when I ordered TV from online and I called him, as I was aware of his nature. now this time he told me that such items would not be delivered from my side.
I collected my tv personally and register complaint against him but I neither follow-up if any action was taken.
so please avoid such courier.
