This is one of the worst couries services in my local area where I live now. My wife send me a photo printed mug in my last birthday from kerala but I had received it more than 50 pieces. Therefore, I raised a complaint too but I havent received any positive reply from it. Since then I haven’t use this service anymore .
Recently, one of my friends aslo faced the similar situation. He lost his 3 bottles of pickles and even they did not deliver it. Fortunately, he got his important item atleast.
