The reason that they didn’t send me my document is "THE VEHICLE OF DTDC BROKE DOWN".
I should say this post won’t accept any responsibility about parcels. Today whenever I called to customer service or manger of Mysore Office about my courier what time will reach to Bangalore just those staff they were laughing me when I was asking them "where is my parcel?". and the finally manager as same as his staff even more than them cool and without any reasonable reply.
Monday(5/02/2018), my sister sent by PREMIUM EXPRESS to me a important document from Mysore to Bangalore before 5 p.m and she asked those staff that it will reach before 12 of next day or not and they told YESSSSSS
She paid Rs 195 .
I think this much amount is more than enough to be sure that you will get your parcel in exact time.
Even I should explain this parcel is important document that I wanted to send to my consulate country that I will get my permission to go to my country .Unfortunately because of this delay( still my document is not clear where it is) I had canceled my international flight ticket in last moment and I have lost more than Rs 30000 .
One more thing is still I didn’t get my document and no one is responsible and they saidTomorrow will be reached because today is not in our hand
