A lot of retailers and private parties are making a huge mistake using DTDC over slightly more expensive competitors- to save money.
These guys (DTDC) have no idea how to operate a company- they take full payment from all their clients and then call the customer to tell them to come and pick their parcel up from their office OR PAY for an auto rickshaw etc for them to deliver the parcels!
I have never heard of anything like this in my life and cant warn you all enough - PLEASE do not use DTDC - they don’t deliver on time (I am waiting for 3 urgent parcels for my baby that have been at their KOTTAYAM office since 9th April (8 days) and they have been unable to deliver to PALA which is 18kms away).
This company should be shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
