On 19th Nov 2014, I had to send my mother’s important passport related document to our native. Luckily, out of available service provider I choose DTDC for sending this document expecting to be delivered within span of 2 days as per their confirmation.
ut after confirmation from my uncle, was informed that he didn’t received document even after 5 working days had passed. On checking with these guys I was informed that, courier was received on 22nd Nov 2014.
After regular follow up with them got to know that document was not delivered but was at their branch office for almost 7 days on top of that these guys told me that same was delivered on 22nd Nov itself.
Even after paying, door delivery was not given at all, My uncle had to personally go and collect it from their franchise office.
Still I am following up with these guys for Delivery Receipt, which I am yet to receive. Just because of their careless behavior My mother’s passport was not renewed and their whole trip had to be cancel.
