This is a do not deliver in Time Courier. I send a packet from Bangalore to Kochi and it reached Kochi in time and then there was an internal confusion in DTDC regarding which office has to deliver it - Edappally or Palarivattom and the packet was delivered only after 6 days. Worst Service ever I have experienced by a courier service in my life. Blue Dart and Fisrt Flight are better when compared to DTDC
