Brought two ray ban glasses from ebay. Seller shipped the item via DTDC. The delivery was on time but then the most surprising part comes in. The package was open, one pair of ray ban missing. The courier guy literally left the packet at door and left. When I checked the packet it was opened, I show the guy going out of the builiding. I tried to stop him. He was in so much hurry he didn’t even stop to look back. I chased him to his office, handed them the packed and told them that I’m not accepting it because it is open.
The manager said he will return it to the sender, which anyway he never did. But crossing the line of being extra super dubiously smart, he changed the courier status to delivered and while contacting their customer care and their local staff, they are treating me as if I’m the most stupid and dumb people they had ever seen by giving excuses which even a new born child wont accept.
