Worst courier service. They charge extravagantly, yet deliver very subpar service. Couriered documents and keys 12 days ago, not yet delivered. Worst app, horribly made. Customer service non existent. Called them, was 5th in waiting list, came down to 1st, then it says 7th, 5th, 2nd, finally says none available after 15mins of waiting. Called again, got response after 10 mins, the agent gave me another number to call. And it’s been 20 calls, yet no one lifts it. Worst thing is that we can’t contact anyone even when a courier that was supposed to reach a week ago dosent do. Overall horrible experience.
