I have sent five packages through them on 16th October to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Kolkata and they got delivered only on 22nd i.e after six days. Among them one has been returned as getting reflected at their website but surprisingly DTDC did noy bother to call the recipient nor the sender despite taking the mobile numbers of both. The returned package is yet to be handed over to me after a fortnight even. A complaint lodged in this regard on their email id on 23rd got responded only on 29th October that too stating that the Return is on it’s way. Such insensitivity and Lackadaisical approach is not good for the company.Soon people would realise what a bad courier company it is.Hope the management is listening.I shall be sharing my bad experience with all and sundry and on all platforms, where ever possible.
