I have booked my consignment on 28-May-2012 from Gurgaon to Yamnua Nagar which has marely 230 KM distance. They have charged me 50/- where is as per their published tariff it should be 35/- because shipment is within state.
Real story starts from different angle. This was wedding invitation and it was not delivered till 2-June-2012 night and I am not sure at this moment about the delivery. Their call centre and other number are not working.
I have to rate the service but I wanted to rate below poor. I felt they are biggest thugs of India and does not have capability to deliver the product. So stay away from them.
