This is regarding DTDC packers and movers. I didn’t knew they are in packing and moving business as well. Since DTDC has been a good brand name for courier, I decided to go for their packing and moving services from one state to another as well but I had the worst experience ever. Please DO NOT choose this for relocating. I relocated from Kolkata to Delhi and I had a night mare experience with them. Firstly they have a lot of hidden costs and they just keep increasing the fare at every step of the process. Secondly they have the most rude staff ever you will find, they talk with customers like they have no manners. When I objected to the hidden costs, their staff threatened me that they will hold my stuff and break it and not it reach the venue. After lot of struggles and fight, when my stuff actually reached Delhi, they had broken most of the things and lost some. When I tried to call them and claim for it, they talked very rude to me and said that please dont call us, we are not here to receive your calls. They are not professional at all and if you have certain amount of love with your things, please do not rely on their services. Till date I have not received my lost things and no compensation for that as well a=has been given inspite of paying for the insurance claim. Their helpline site does nothing and nobody actually answers to your query once they receive their payment. Its a fraud company and they just want your money. Please be aware of such tricksters. DO NOT AVAIL THEIR SERVICES.
