DTDC today is perhaps the worst courier service in the country. There have been so many cases of lost packages, tracking service being down, late delivery etc.
If you find yourself able to track a package using their tracking service, go and buy a lottery ticket, that might be your luckiest day! And worse, their helpline number that never connects. I’m from Bangalore and I’ve two of my packages lost, and few not reaching on time. They have now passed their "chalta hai" attitude. Time to take them for a ride for their unprofessional behavior.
