Dont use DTDC ever in ur life. I have done biggest mistake when I have chosen DTDC to parcel my sister’s gift.
They told me it will be delivered in 2 days to GOA from NAGPUR. My sister stays in hostel and we have sent gift for her on her birthday.
Already she was feeling alone on her birthday and this DTDC as promised not delivered her gift on that day.
it took 5 days. ON her birthday I have been calling customer care since morning everyone is saying it it out fr delivery but till 6 o clock it didnt delivered and when I reach to DTDC office they r saying ask her to collect from our office.
What they think one girl alone shud go to collect her birthday gift to their office which is 20 KM far away from her hostel. DTDC service it really pathetic.
1) their employed doesn’t have correct information how much time parcel will take to reach
2) their customer care dont pick the call u just waste ur money in listing their song that "we deliver on time" which is nothing to do reality. they shud change their slogan from "deliver on time" to "we make customer fool"
3) I have observed 2 3 times they ask customer to collect parcel from their office . why we are paying to them if we have to collect.
Please dont do this mistake to send parcel thru DTDC. if u want to take headache and have so much time so that u can follow up with these DTDC employee( who their self have no network, no information) then only use DTDC.
I have fed up with DTDC since last 2 days just calling and going to their office still no result. Case should be filed against them in consumer court. They r making people fool . they have implemented very good website where u can log complain which actually doesn’t work.
Every thing is showoff reality is to cheat customer
