The most worst servi ce I have ever come across , chennai is the closest city to bangalore we booked a very important document but it didn’t receive till date . I don’t know how to grade you guys , better then postal service or worst then postal service.
And nothing more when you book a consignment you should see to that it reaches us on time instead of giving us the excuses its in transit and when we try calling u guys we get a vague reply its still not reached us . We cannot do any thing about then why have named it as courier
you can either change it to is irresponsible service , and your staff is in efficient , after paying you we have to be at your mercy and wait till u deliver , Ridiculous never thought it takes more than four days to deliver a courier , on enquiring with your ring road branch as to why the courier has still not reached look at the reply which you get is , if it is that important send across your person and collect it from here
Do u guys think that you Have hired me or u paying me for the same why should I send across my person to go & collect the courier , u r bounded to deliver the courier the next day & if for some reason its delayed at least it has to reach us the following day but unfortunately it does n’t happen even on the third day .
You guys tell me is it fessible to sue companys like this for their poor services coz of which we have to suffer, lot many instances like this we booked a courier to jamshedpur on valentine’s day from bangalore but interesting part is that reached Delhi & from their was sent to lucknow n from their by train was sent to some other location then finally thanks od it reached after 8 days Do you need a better service then there’s , it was my valentine gift to guy & it got deliverd after 8 days of valentine’s , Isn’t It Amazing .
