I did not expect this service from such a well known currier service provider. One day I went to DTDC currier service to send my product from Mumbai to banglore which was food item that’s why I chose next day delivery option and for that I paid more than the normal charges but still they did not deliver my product on time not even within 2-3 days but they deliver after complete one week and when I tried to get my delivery status they just passing my phone call from one customer care service to the another but no one were giving me the exact solution.
