It is a business of cheating. I was committed to get the good service after switching to set-top box of Hathway. My area cable guy "named Raju cell number 09901714684". He promised me to return the half the money and taken back the set-top box, if I am not satisfy with the service. Service is so worse in my area (MSR North City, Nagawara, Bangalore).
After every power cut, Cable guy switch on the signal once I remind him by a phone call. Long back I write a mail to customer care as well, no solution so far. I asked my cable guy to return the money back as service is not decent. He clearly denied for returning of the money. I will be waiting for some more time and after then, I will approach consumer cell (GOVT) to get my money back.
Who so ever is reading this article, Please don’t go for Hathway Settop based cable service.
