I went back to Dubai afyer 12 years being away. I was amazed of how much changed.
A few pro and cons for this visit
Be careful and try NOT to hire a car as a tourist as you don’t know where will you get a fine as it seems to be a revenue and a good source of $$$ for the government
Too crowded with many poor people can’t afford to live, I can name it a slavery city.
Very expensive and everyone expect tips
While driving local citizens act superior by tailgating you and giving u high beams in order to give them way and for some reason all fines are issued to Tourists and none locals
