I bought my Chevrolet beat diesel car 7 months back from them, during the purchase the rep Monirmoy told us that my car will cover bumper to bumper insurance policy. I payed the premium for nil debt policy however after 7 months I needed a claim I was informed by the Reliance Insurance co. That this isn’t a nil debt policy and I have to pay the depreciation amount, the rep had lied and misled and gave us wrong information. I called up the customer service of the insurance company, they told me that they purposely did not tick the check box for nil debt policy and had also charged the full amount.
They do this intentionally with customers so that they get a good commission out of the Insurance company and make the customers suffer.Very dissapointed no one helped us with this matter. Never buy a car from this dealer Dulichand motors.After sales is pathetic.
