We own a 500 square yard house in Amritsar. last year we decided to repaint the house. The local vendor in Amritsar Namely Gokal Chand and Company was selected to purchase the material and also hire a team to paint, as there were some spots where waterproofing and expertise was required. The vendor and the Thekedar namely Daljit Sharma were well appraised with all the facts. They took almost 6-8 months to complete the job, but even before completion of the job the paint in the stairs and one of the bathroom just peeled off. when we brought this to the notice of the thekedar and company representative Gagan, they said no issues it will be taken care of. There is no moisture at any of the places, company representative Paras visited the site and now its almost two months nothing is being done. we have already spent 5 lakhs on the material and labour, but in vain. even though it was guranteed no action has been taken yet. We had to install tiles in one of the washroom because of this dilly dally, we had also planned to install sheets in the staircase but company man Paras said don’t worry everything will be considered and re-painting will be done as company had given us gurantee.But two months have passed and nothing has been done. WE DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE SERVICES OF DULUX COMPANY
