Watchable Movie, Nice Performace by Cast

This movie deals with the problem of drugs and its effects on the lives of people and society. Abhishek Bachchan is a corrupt policeman who becomes totally honest after facing an accident in which he loses his family. Also, a student who wants to go abroad for further study, needs a lot of money for his studies but doesn’t have any means to arrange for it. So, what does he do? He contacts his local friend who suggests him to take a little consignment of drugs along with him so that the money for his studies can be arranged.

This movie correctly depicts how a naive, innocent person can fall prey to wrong things because of the circumstances. Also, this movie does show how the judgement of a person becomes clouded if a much desired thing is within the reach, even if the means are wrong.

I saw this movie after buying the DVD for Rs.279 from flixcart.com

The music of this movie is good, but the lyrics of the song’Dum Maaro Dum’ are pathetic. Deepika Padukone is a welcome change in the movie. Bipasha Basu’s talent has been wasted in the movie. A special appearance by Vidya Balan was unexpected. Aditya Pancholi does justice to his character.

This movie can be seen once.
