I was a regular user of Dunzo, unless recently service quality dipped so badly! Infact I did even write to their CEO for poor service, yst I sent a delivery to koramangala, same dunzo has done couple of other deliveries to the same house, but yst package was returned saying no address found:-) and ofcourse you are charged for their ineffectiveness. I did contact the service, there response was we returned your package so we will charge.
Think before using them! Looks lk there are new options in the markets and they learn from dunzo’s poor service and up the game!
