I had ordered some grocery items.
However, one item was missing & when I raised the complain, they are not bothered to provide any assistance.
Their chat & email support is useless.
So, I finally ended up uninstalling the app.
I was a regular customer of Dunzo but still they don’t bother to provide any assistance.
