We utilised your app, DUNZO, to request delivery of an item lately. DUNZO’s BAD, WORST, WORST service has left us extremely disappointed. Our present has been taken by Dunzo, the delivery boy. He is now demanding Rs 1000/- to re-deliver them after many follow-ups with the delivery guy. Prior to the re-delivery, he is demanding that payment be paid using GPAY. He eventually sold them to a third-party buyer.
