We bought a beautiful(and expensive) Durian Sofa set in black and to our horror, it came apart in just three months. First it was the material that developed’cracks’, which the store promised to replace for free, but charged us a BOMB. Next the whole thing started to fall apart. For which they had no answer.
Wonder of wonders, within months of the new upholstery, it met with the same fate as earlier and is in shambles. We are planning to take them to court. As this is clearly a CON JOB.
