Durian - a brand name in furniture business, drove me to their outlet in Kirti Nagar(Delhi) 3 years ago with my family. We selected a leather sofa & our painful ordeal started. They promised us 5 year warranty on the product & assurance of best quality.
But in 3 years, it has cracked 3 times, stitching goes out every six months & on worse they dont respond to your complaints. I have paid twice for defective material(as per them customer pays for material & only service is free) despite my sofa is in warranty period.
Third time it cracked in less than 6 months & we called up the customer care on 29th October. After 20 days, they have responded on 17th November & asked me to again repay 3rd time for their defective quality & workmanship.
The behavior of Mr. S.P Agarwal - 9310263519 complaint in-charge was very rude & unacceptable. He spoke very rudely with my wife & when I inquired about his designation, his response was dont take my interview.
His behavior & very poor quality workmanship has forced me to write this review, so that others should be aware of very poor service quality of Durian.
Beware of Durian - Worst Quality & service .
