I bought three products - a coffee table, a TV cabinet, and a high chair for my kid for a whopping 51000/- only misled by claims of "high" quality, "responsive" customer care, and a 4 years "warranty." Trust me guys, none of the above claims are truthful by any measure. As usual in India, you get low quality for high prices!
The quality of high chair that we bought for 9000/- broke within 15 days with most of the screws loosened and some of them fell out and were never found. A carpenter eventually came to repair after several complaints, and he said he doesn’t have the screws and will return in a day. No one came after that.
The coffee table soon we received we soon realized its safe enough for the kid and we requested the customer care and the store manager to get it exchanged for another item. Heck, this is India where products once sold are never returned or even exchanged. No one helped us!
And the 22k TV cabinet is so plain and eventually you realize its quality is no different from the one you can get in local market for less than 8-9k.
My advice, don’t get misled by claims of this company being a "brand" and by their claims of "imported" furniture.
