Back magic mattress doesn’t serve the purpose. My back pain got worse after started using this mattress . We are highly disappointed with the quality and service provided. The product is being marketed as an orthopedic solution, yet it is exacerbating back pain instead of alleviating it. Furthermore, denying returns and refunds while imposing high delivery charges for replacements is unreasonable. A company must take full responsibility for a product that fails to meet even the basic promised standards. This product does not serve its intended purpose, and the issue clearly lies with its quality.
