This hotel is like a college mess .Staff is inhospitable, Service is very poor. Place is crowded .There are always customers in Queue waiting for you to finish your meals .The staff also stares at you indicating ’’Finish It Up Fast”. They keep on serving you without giving you a chance to think what you want to eat? They show no courtesy.
Place has poor ambience , no proper decent seating arrangement , badly decorated dinning hall , no proper ventilation No AC , , wash basins are dirty , floor is dirty , staff is not polite no etiquettes and place is very noisy.
Food is not of great taste; over spicy and oily .There is no choice, no menu card so there are no options available for you to choose anything in particular. There is no adequate parking facility and if your vehicle is not parked you don’t have peace of mind while eating .
I won’t recommend this hotel especially if you intend to accompany with family or plan to celebrate any occasion.
