It has been very bad experience with the volvo bus I took through JBG travels punchian road , C.P. We took bus on Friday i.e. 08.4.11 from c.p. to katra.Their are many problems that we faced during this journey.
Firstly the volvo bus was in bad condition like ac complaints from all passengers and the most important thing , DVD was not functioning as their was no audio.
Secondly, they were moving the bus for 3hrs in Delhi i.e. from 630pm to 9pm collecting passengers from all possible points. Their reach Delhi border at 930pm. It was really pathetic for us.
Thirdly they committed they we stop for dinner at haveli in karnal but they took us to some dhaba known as mayur dhaba some 15kms away from haveli where the food was bad n cold.
Fourthly the driver was really using abusing language.
Next is the condition of Volvo bus was really bad as it was on highway their was lots of sound coming from its suspension and huge noise due to which no passenger was able to sleep in it.
I hope after reading this review nobody would like 2 travels through them.
Please think before going for long journey, it is really pain seeking spending so much money on these volvo buses and not getting proper service and satisfaction.
I have lost faith in delhi tour operators now. I warn people to be really cautious before booking these buses.
