Hi, I purchased 10KW offgrid solar system from Eapro. It costed me approx Rs 5 Lakhs.
There were many promises made before I purchased the product.
Company person took money and the system was not even installed for 20 days.
I was ensured, the system has remote monitoring facility. While, still they have not send anything, by which I can monitor the system remotely.
The power backup of batteries is very poor. I understand the limitation of batteries, but they just get discharged very soon.
Finally the solar PCU. My system was installed in August 2024. After that, it has stopped working at least 5 times in a row. I raise complaint everytime, the techician takes his own time to come and resolves the error. So system has worked only half of the days so far.
I will say, NEVER ever go for this product. It’s just sold on fake promises. They have extremely poor service network as well.
