Hi I have taken a loan of 10000/- with early salary around 4th of Dec17 have submitted the required documents on-line and after a week someone called me and asked for physical verification of myself and the documents.
I immediately called the customer service to confirm whether it is legitimate and they said yes I have to submit the physical documents(which is no where mentioned before taking the loan) so I requested the customer care executive to help me to repay the loan amount immediately. He said I can make the payment on the App itself and I tried it and I was unable to make the payment I checked it and learned that early salary IOS app has a problem and it is not accepting the payment.
Then I tried to call customer service couple of times and was unable to reach them so I dropped the email. Please check the email which I wrote on 2nd Jan18

I am unable to repay the loan amount with my mobile phone while I try to make the payment it is directing me to netbanking page and once I get the OTP password I have to go back to the messages and when I come back to the page where I can enter the otp it is asking me to relogin and I am unable to make the payment.
Please help how can I make the payment.

Thank you for contacting us.
Whenver you repay the amount bank send you the otp for that so can you check with your bank otherwise I will share you bank details for the payment
Then I wrote to them on the same day stating that
It is not bank fault they are sending the OTP password it is your app problem anyway, Please share the bank details to whom I can transfer the amount.
Then I didnt get any reply from them so I wrote another email on 4th Jan

I am writing to you from the past 10 days and still there is no response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

On the same day around 8 pm they have replied my email with the bank details to make the payment . I tried to make the payment and I was shocked to see the amount which they were asking. The actual amount was 10669/- and when I was trying to make the payment it was asking me to pay 11, 268/-
Immediately I wrote the below email to them
The outstanding amount was Rs 10669/- but now it is showing as 11, 268/- I am contacting you from 20th Dec to make the payment and due to your poor service I was unable to make the payment it is not my fault.
Please confirm me how much I have to make the payment.
Then I received the below email from them.

However, You are requested to repay the amount outstanding shown on your application to maintain healthy credit score and to avoid any extra charges.
As we are registered NBFC with RBI, We report every transaction with CIBIL and other bureau agencies of India.
Then I replied the as below:
This is not my fault it is fairly your fault. I was trying to make the payment from 20th Dec and your app is not working properly I have tried to reach you on your customer service number several times and had no luck and I am sending you emails from 20th Dec to make the payment and I was not getting the proper response.
Around 1st Jan your rep has called me and he told me that he is going to send your bank details to transfer the amount and he has not sent it.
You cannot scare me like this. I have taken a loan amount of 10, 000/- from your and you asked me to make the payment of 10699/- I am not going to pay anything more than that.
If you are threatening me to make excess payment you have to face the legal consequences.
I wrote the above email on 8th Jan18 and then one of the early salary executive called and threatened me to make the payment of 11, 268/- and I clearly told him that it was not my fault as I was trying to make the payment from the past 20 days and then on 13th Jan18 I received the below email:
Hi Srinivas,
Sorry for the delay in response.
I would like to inform you that you can repay Rs.10699 and after repayment write us back so that we can waive the late fee.
Kindly transfer the amount to the below mentioned bank account details:

Payee Name: Earlysalary

IFSC Code: YESB0CMSNOC
Then immediately I have deposited the amount and replied the below email
Hi Neelam,
Thank you for your email.
I have transferred the amount to the said account the amount is Rs 10699/- reference number is 801413178536. I have attached the acknowledgment PFA.
and on the next day I received the below email from them

Hello Sir,
Thank you for contacting us.
Request you to repay remaining charges.
For any further queries you can write us back at the same email ID and can also call us at +9108030077553 . We would love to assist you as We value your relationship with us.
Then I replied as below
what remaining charges are you kidding me?
"I would like to inform you that you can repay Rs.10699 and after repayment write us back so that we can waive the late fee."
This is what you wrote in the email and I have made the payment.
Then I received the below email:
We will forward your request to concern team and we will get back to you soon.
Then again I received another email:
Hello Srinivas,
Request you to kindly wait till 19/1/2018, your loan will be closed from our end.
Be rest assured.
Meanwhile I was getting messages on my mobile to make the payment so I wrote the below email to them:
Hi Neelam,
Still I am getting messages on my mobile to make the payment of around 1200/- Please check the email chain I have made the payment and as per your confirmation the remaining amount should be waived off.
And this month my cbill score has been decreased by 9 points I think its because of you guys. This is not fair you have sent a confirmation email stating that you will waive of the extra amount. Please do the needful as you promised and please dont send messages regarding the unusual payments.
And now I received the email as below:
Hi Srinivas Mora,
I would like to inform that about pending charges we can settle the same, but it will not be waived.
If you agree for the settlement of your loan Kindly write us back.
Please note settlement will be reported to cibil.
THIS IS HOW THESE GUYS ARE BLACKMAILING ME NEVER EVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE FOR LOAN.
AFTER GIVING A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THESE GUYS ARE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY AND THEY ARE THREATENING ME THAT THEY WILL SCREW MY CBILL SCORE
I AM UNABLE TO THINK WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP ME HOW I CAN SAVE MYSELF FROM NOT AFFECTING THE CBILL SCORE
