My experience with easemytrip was not in good taste, especially with such nonprofessional attitude towards customers, they are not heading in good direction, given today’s customer first approach, we are moving towards, consumer delight and some are also reaching to next level of consumer escatsy, this kind of ruthless attitude will not take them anywhere.......lost faith in them........never even consider them in need of any of the services they provide......
