Faulty booking system and pathetic customer care

Reading all recent reviews about my favorite(until recently, not anymore) booking site over social media, I knew you are at the verge of collapse. Let me also add to this for others benefits about how careless your organization has become over time.


July 26, 2022 booked a multisector ticket EMT102018051, but rejected at the end of day due to a fare difference( I wonder you have no tie up with airline companies to hold the fare for few minutes, this is worst).


Day wasted with multiple follow up calls to ensure refund.


July 27, 2022 booked again EMT102018051, no confirmation at first, then got to know ticket cannot be booked due to missing passport( wonder why your website didn’t ask while booking), later an executive asked for passport details and to my surprise updated my passport as my surname in an international travel ticket(which luckily I figured out in time, else would have been a chaos at the airport).


I continue to follow up on correction without any success for last 2 days now. All I can say, you are good at false promises of 30 mins, 10 min, 2 hrs etc.


Though I see a dead end for easemytrip, I wish you good luck and advise all my fellow travelers to stay away from this company.


This company was good but not anymore.
