I booked a flight ticket and cancelled it due to medical emergency. Doctor advised for bed rest not to travel. I gave the details to them.Still they deducted the cancellation charges. They are saying in advertisement that they will refund in case of Medical issues or emergency but they are not keeping their word in action. So, it’s better to book the tickets from airlines website directly.
