EASY TRIP PLANNERS LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

No Refund

I booked a flight on easemytrip.com and after the booking was complete I received a message saying "Sorry the flight(s) you have selected are no longer available for the same fare or do not have enough seats. Sometimes this error also occurs due to No Response from Airline Server. Your Amount will be refunded soon."


Since then I have been trying to reach them as my date of travel is tomorrow and its very disappointing that no one from their end has tried to reach and no clarity on when will the refund will be done as the amount has already been deducted from my account.


Have to say their service is pathetic and very disappointing. I WILL NEVER MAKE A BOOKING ON THEIR WEBSITE NOR I WILL SUGGEST TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS. Their customer service sucks big time.


No proper response to calls or mails at all. I will suggest everyone never to book from easemytrip.
