I chose Easemy trip to book my annual family holiday to Darjeeling, as they promised me the best deal initially. Till I paid the money I used to get 2 calls daily for confirming the holiday package. I deposited the money on 25th Feb 2010. I am still waiting for the package vouchers from them. Moreover, they don’t return my calls ever. Then they asked for more money as the hotel decided earlier had no rooms available any more. That is also pd already. Customer service is pathetic.
I will never recommend it to anyone ever. I am dreading the holiday arrangements made by them.
