Here’s my bad experience: flight was rescheduled by airline twice, hence I called the airline who said I can cancel it with full refund(as new timing was not suitable to me) but the mediator has talk to airline because I had booked through easemytrip not directly.
I informed easemytrip.in/com about the situation and easemytrip have cancelled the complete journey ticket.
But easemytrip refused to talk to airline for cancellation as they said travel person had to talk.
I don’t know what was going ONN. I was stuck in middle.
Finally after lots of hassel I received my refund after one month. Thank’s to mouthshut as there was follow up by social media team of easemytrip which help me to solve my problem.
