Easemytrip is big time involved in unethical practices of charging unknown and unexplainable fees to its customers. They are charging cancellation charges beyond their rights. In my case, the airline has refunded my money to easemytrip and I shared the airline message as proof with them but easemytrip lied to me saying airline has refunded less money to them. On top of this, easemytrip is deducting the charges (like seat fees etc which is actually charged by the airline and been already refunded to them) unethically. Also every time you call and follow up with them they keep changing their cancellation guidelines and the respective charges. They are fooling and looting customers in daylight. Worst after sales customer service. NEVER EVER MAKE MISTAKE OF BOOKING A TICKET WITH EASEMYTRIP.COM.
