TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Their booking system is not online... tickets are booked by backend staff and the price shown is not the actual price. I booked two tickets and then I get a call asking me to pay more money since the tickets cost more than the fare shown on the web site. AND the fare they asked me to pay was more than the fares shown on most other sites!!!
So, I asked them to refund the money and cancel the tickets. The guy tells me that it will take 72 hrs for the refund! I had done a debit purchase BUT the refund takes 7 hrs ...SUCH A JOKE!!!
Of course NEVER AGAIN with these CHEATERS! If you want to make money, why don’t you do something like selling bodies or something...
