The most horrifying experience with easemytrip.com. I had booked an international flight ticket. Had to cancel the ticket. Tried logging in, but couldn’t after repeated attempts. The only option was to reset the password. In the email the password reset link will not work, it is broken. The nightmare doesn’t end there. You try calling them number of times but it will be on waiting, and no one will attend. Couldn’t cancel the ticket! Mailed about their website and call centre and reset links problem, they avoided the complaint and blankly refused to refund. Never ever ever ever book from easemytrip.com. Horrible service. Also spicejet when booked from genuine websites allows 30 kgs and on easemytrip.com I was allowed only 15 kgs for an international flight! These people are not professional enough to accept their poor service and not honest enough to refund. Extremely unprofessional.
