Hello friends, I Don’t have a good experience with easymytrip.com. I had booked one ticket and after that I had to cancel my ticket later. after cancellation process unless I checked for refund after 2 months. I got to know that refund of ticket has not been credited in my account. I posted quiry on support. they said that it was refused by bank, when I go to the bank asked for the bank’s response. they tried to ignoring me and started routing my calls to different seniors who also started ignoring me and blaming bank for declining the refund transaction. The same story was repeated by my friend, Well they were waiting for me to call them. If I had not called them I don’t think the money would have gone their account only. So conclude I suggest only one thing that Check your refund if you happen to book from this portal.
